Stephen is a Senior Financial Advisor at RockBridge Wealth Management. His area of focus is comprehensive retirement planning for his clients.
Stephen is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi. While there, he was a tight end on the Golden Eagles football team where he was actually on the receiving end of passes thrown by Brett Favre. Stephen also received his MBA from USM in 1991. While earning his MBA, Stephen founded and was the president of Pro-Athletic Sports Agency Inc.
Stephen began his career as a Financial Advisor in 1991 with Smith Barney in New Orleans, Louisiana. After achieving early success, he was recruited to Merrill Lynch in 1995. While at Merrill, he attained the level of Senior Financial Advisor. He moved his financial practice from Louisiana to Mobile with Merrill Lynch in 1999. In 2002, Stephen came to the conclusion that his clients would be served better if he was working with an independent team of advisors. It was then that he transitioned his practice and client base to RockBridge Wealth Management.
Stephen is originally from Jackson, Alabama. Since joining RockBridge, he, his wife Torrie, and four children, Makenna, Karsen, Kaden and Rayla have moved to the Eastern Shore. Stephen is very involved with his church and the Special Olympics and is an avid sports enthusiast. He loves to play golf whenever he can fit it in to his busy schedule.
